Exception sending context initialized event to listener instance of class org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener
톰켓 실행할때 해당 오류를 만날 수 있습니다.
이유는 간단합니다. 라이브러리에 runtime 라이브러리가 추가되지 않아서 발생한 Exception 입니다.
